In addition to my academic background, my hands-on experience as a board member, founder, and entrepreneur in multiple businesses has further grounded me in the realities of the business world. Having served on the board of organizations, I’ve developed a deep understanding of governance, strategic decision-making, and long-term planning. These roles require balancing stakeholder interests while ensuring that the organization stays true to its mission and remains sustainable.
As a founder of an organization, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of building a business from the ground up. This journey has honed my skills in leadership, business development, and operational management. I’ve navigated the complexities of scaling companies, securing funding, and creating lasting impacts in competitive markets.

My Studies.
With over a decade of experience in business management, my academic background is rooted in fields that directly enhance organizational success. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, a discipline focused on understanding human behavior in the workplace. As an industrial psychologist, I apply psychological principles to help businesses increase productivity, improve employee satisfaction, and optimize talent management. This knowledge allows me to assess organizational challenges from a scientific perspective, aligning people with processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
I furthered my expertise with an MBA in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change from Pepperdine University, where I gained deep insights into strategic leadership and navigating organizational transitions. Managing change is one of the most critical aspects of modern business, and my education in this field equips me with the tools to guide companies through transformations—whether scaling operations, entering new markets, or adopting new technologies—while keeping their workforce engaged and aligned with their goals.
Additionally, I earned a master’s degree in Legal Studies from the Caruso School of Law at Pepperdine. This program sharpened my understanding of the legal frameworks that govern business operations, from labor laws to contracts and corporate governance. Legal studies provide the foundation for making sound, compliant business decisions, which helps mitigate risk and ensure that organizations operate within the boundaries of the law.
